We pulled three heads of garlic, broke up their cloves and took their skins off.
Then we sliced them up and put them in our dehydrator.
Since we started this process at night, we left them in the dehydrator overnight, but it probably didn’t require that long. When dehydrating your garlic, it should take anywhere from an hour to a few hours, depending on how thin you’ve cut your garlic.
