In the video below Donald Porta walks through the building of his awesome aquaponics greenhouse system from start to finish. Including the greenhouse and attached utility and fish house building and showing all the interior systems that work together.
The greenhouse is 20 feet x 40 feet and houses 40 half barrels for use as planting beds. For his fish one tank had 100 catfish, one tank 50 talipa, one tank a dozen 19″ trout, and the last tank was a collection of bluegill, perch and crap.
Most all of the produce Donald grows is for friends and neighbors even though a local restaurant offered to buy all his fresh produce and fish. Check it out in the video below…
