How To Make Your Own Vinegar

So you finally found that bottle of crappy wine that rolled under the couch a couple of years ago after THAT crazy night.

And it just so happens you’ve got a bright idea to try and make your own vinegar?

Well, great idea, why not.

Here’s what you’re gonna need…

  • A gallon jug of crappy wine. Good wine also works, by why use the good stuff?
  • Another gallon jug for the process, or something to our the crappy wine into for a short time.
  • A bottle of Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the ‘Mother’ (found at a health food store)
  • A rubber band
  • A paper towel
