I want to share my enthusiasm of watching how plants respond to human care and nurturing, and to convey that enthusiasm through my camera, and motivate people to get back to the garden to connect with nature and re-discover how amazingly enriching it actually IS. When I began the journey, a whole new world opened for me.

When my body is grounded and I am eating food that I have grown myself, I really and truly enter another state of wellbeing… and THAT´s the journey I want to share.

This video starts with the foundation of a healthy garden – soil bacteria, and I´ll show you how I make soil bacteria, and talk about why it is the most important aspect of my veggie garden. Check it out below…

Formula for garden bacteria solution (makes 100 L)…

Start with 2 liters water and 1/2 kilo white rice. Wash rice using the 2 liters of water for a while then strain off liquid into container. Cover container and put in cupboard for 7 days. (Rice can still be used for dinner)

Add 1/2 liter of full cream organic dairy milk and stir cover and store for another 7 days It will separate into curd and whey. Keep the whey, should be about 2.3 liters and put in a drum that can hold 100L (chuck the curd / feed it to Miss Muffet or chickens if you have them).

Add same amount of molasses to 100 liter drum (about 2.3 liters) then fill remaining space up in drum up with water (leave another 7 days. To use, take 100 ml of bacteria solution in a 9 liter bucket and fill with water. Use to water your plants!

If you like this idea, be sure to share it with your friends and inspire someone you know. Anything becomes possible with just a little inspiration…
