What country and what currency are you talking about here?

You might get one of those where I live but the lot big enough to put it on will cost a minimum of $ 250,000 (1/10 acre )

Stephen Griffin I vote we just buy one of the largest ones of these (and a smaller one for the craft shed) and call it done. xD

Kati Jo and Shayne Bryant

Except you need land to put it on which in Western Australia is not affordable on a one person wage

Reply

That’s exactly my thought. No one ever mentions where the heck you’re going to put it!! Don’t give us this crap halfway. Sheesh.

    Reply

Oh, look, a walk in, external closet! Only $960 plus shipping, handling, assembly, and land!

Reply

Will that include the cost of the and and utility hookups?

Reply

Raymond Austin here’s a cute house for ya!

Reply

A tool shed in a backyard.

Reply

They can be had here. For that price 8′ long. It will be very hot in summer, very cold in winter doesn’t matter if wood or metal. A shed is s shed. Think about it people would you buy a shell of a house for that price. Still need flooring, insulation, interior walls and if you want to upgrade to plumbing and wiring, well aren’t we just dreamers.

Reply

And the roof ribs run in the wrong direction!

Reply

Yes. If 8 feet is long enough for you.

Reply

I want one too! We could be neighbors

Yes it’s beautiful

Reply

Incredibly cheap and a waste of money.. no pad included, unassembled, metal lasts 5 years before starting to corrode, better to invest in a yurt

Reply

In before everyone says you cant build this for $1,000…. because it doesnt factor in finishing costs – as if that wasn’t OBVIOUS

Reply

This is a tin shed.

Reply

Misleading. The picture is of one of the bigger houses. The $1000 house is 8’x8’.

Reply

when it rains …. it must make a hell of a lot of noise !

Reply

8 feet x 8 feet would be a half decent dog kennel.

Reply

Well apparently this is it you can not connect to anyone to find out anymore. According to the addvert they go up to 24`x 40` size which is what I was trying to find.

Reply

Id love a sample tiny house
