Whether you’re into camping & the outdoors, or just want to add a new idea to your survival kit, here’s a pretty nifty idea for an outdoor fire. It’s a self feeding fire that will burn for 14 or more hours (depending on how many logs are used), so you wont have to worry about continually feeding it new fuel throughout the night.
Here two opposing self supporting rams (made from logs) are angled in a way that will support additional logs for the fire in the center. As the fire burns in the middle, the weight of the supported logs themselves moves a new one into the fire when needed.
